Started at KMI as a student, instructor since 2025. Teaches women-focused self-defense and foundations classes.
Mia started Krav Maga at KMI with the intention of learning serious self-defense skills. While gaining a strong foundation in these skills, Mia also found a community and elevated self-confidence.
In 2025, Mia became an instructor and teaches women-focused self-defense and foundations classes. Outside of KMI, Mia is an attorney and lives in Brooklyn.
